An innovative, culturally attuned and research based organization furthering systemic training and education.
The Colibri, or hummingbird, is seen as a sacred symbol in the Taino culture. They believe that this bird represented new life and new beginnings as they are master pollinators in nature. The Colibri Center embodies this philosophy by creating and disseminating educational, training and developmental opportunities for medical and behavioral health clinicians. Through this new knowledge they are able to grow and meet the needs of the communities they serve.
