Systemic Treatment of Foster Care and Adoptive Families

This comprehensive training video equips clinicians with the skills and strategies to provide effective systemic interventions for families with foster and adoptive children. The workshop addresses critical topics such as grief, trauma, autonomy, and identity, offering actionable insights to support families navigating these challenges. Special attention is given to issues impacting transracial families, including cultural identity and belonging, to foster deeper understanding and healing. With a focus on inclusive, research-based approaches, this training prepares clinicians to meet the unique needs of diverse families with empathy and expertise. Upon completion of video and post quiz, this workshop is eligible for 1 CE.
